Shipping charges are non-refundable if product is returned.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date for unworn, unwashed and damage-free garments that have the product tags still attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please specify in subject: RETURN. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once processed, the amount equal to the purchase price of the returned product will be credited back to your account within 12 days (depending on your bank and/or method of payment). Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping, if your order was eligible for free shipping you will not be deducted any return shipping charges.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final/blow out sale/clearance items, or gift cards.
Cosmetics, deodorants, or skin care products can not be returned for safety and sanitary reasons unless the product has been damaged an exchange will be pending once damage product has been returned.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Product can be returned, and a new order will be placed and shipped to you at no charge for shipping. You will be charged shipping for any subsequent exchanges.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
