Shipping charges are non-refundable if product is returned.
RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE IF THE FOLLOWING COMPLY:
- CLOTHING MUST BE UNWORN (DOES NOT INCLUDE TRYING ON)
- TAGS MUST BE ON
- CLOTHING MUST BE UNWASHED
- NO DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS
- MUST HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please specify in subject: RETURN. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once processed, the amount equal to the purchase price of the returned product will be credited back to your account within 12 days (depending on your bank and/or method of payment). Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping, if your order was eligible for free shipping you will not be deducted any return shipping charges.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final/blow out sale/clearance items, or gift cards. Cosmetics, deodorants, or skin care products can not be returned for safety and sanitary reasons unless the product has been damaged an exchange will be pending once damage product has been returned.
Please send an email & in the subject: EXCHANGE, once approved send your return back to us, and when the item is in house, a new invoice will be created with your new item and be shipped to you. Shipping charges will apply.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned because of safety and sanitary reasons; like personal care goods (such as beauty products & deodorants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final/blow out sale, clearance items or gift cards.
