Returns


Please request your Return or Exchange within 30 Days Of Purchase. The following must comply:

  1. CLOTHING MUST BE UNWORN (DOES NOT INCLUDE TRYING ON)
  2. TAGS MUST BE ON
  3. CLOTHING MUST BE UNWASHED
  4. NO DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS 
  5. MUST HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE 

To start a return, you can contact us at femhavenboutique@gmail.com. Please specify in subject: RETURN or EXCHANGE. Items sent back to Fem Haven Boutique without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once processed, you will have a credit on account with Fem Haven Boutique, to use at any time of your choosing.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final/blow out sale/clearance items, or gift cards. Cosmetics, deodorants, or skin care products can not be returned for safety and sanitary reasons unless the product has been damaged an exchange will be pending once damage product has been returned. 

 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned because of safety and sanitary reasons; like personal care goods (such as beauty products & deodorants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final/blow out sale, clearance items or gift cards.
