The First Burn Is The Most Important.
Candles should burn two hours or until the top layer of wax has completely liquified. Doing this will prevent a 'memory ring' or tunneling, that could urn that way for the full life of the candle.
Trim The Wick.
Be sure to trim the wick to 1/4 of an inch before each burn to avoid wick curling. this will ensure a clean burn every time and result in a bright flame.
